Elizabeth (Els) and I, Lazaro have lived here for four years. Els is originally from Utrecht and I'm Cuban born (Havana), but raised in Miami, Florida.
How did we end up in Neylis? That's too long a story to tell, but I'm certain it's very similar to those told by countless foreigners living here in the Ariege. There's just something about this incredible place that makes you want to stay!!
We also operate, during weekends a small, friendly restaurant/cafe - "El Caballero de Paris" which is located at the opposite end of the building. At our cafe our guests can quench their thirsts with our large selection of cold beers and wines." Or, they can satisfy their tummies with El's foods and baked goods.
